2. FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING PROTOCOLS

  • Global Distribution Centers: To optimize delivery times, inventory may be dispatched from our facilities in China, the US, Germany, or the UK, contingent upon stock levels. Multi-item orders may be split into separate shipments with individual tracking numbers.
  • Processing Time: Standard order processing takes 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 9:00 AM (China Standard Time) will begin processing the following business day. For instance, orders placed after 9:00 AM on Friday will be processed starting Monday.
  • Volumetric Weight & Remote Areas: Grand Cru reserves the right to adjust shipping charges for orders with excessive volumetric weight or those destined for remote locations identified by logistics carriers. Should an additional surcharge be required, our support team will contact you prior to dispatch for approval.
  • Courier Exclusions: The "Free Shipping" offer applies strictly to Standard Postal services. Commercial courier services (DHL/FedEx/UPS) are excluded from free shipping promotions unless otherwise specified.

3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations: Cancellation requests are accepted only prior to shipment dispatch. Once a tracking number has been generated or the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Address Amendments: Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the package is in transit. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact customer support at grandcrucoffeehk@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (DDU)

  • Import Liabilities: All international shipments are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient acts as the importer of record and is solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country.
  • Customs Delays: Grand Cru is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
  • Abandoned Shipments: If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned due to the recipient's failure to pay import duties or taxes, no refund will be issued. The customer bears full financial responsibility for the order value and any return shipping costs incurred.
